On the 23^rd of October at 6:30 pm the clubs AGM will be held at the Hibernian Hotel all members are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Nominations for all positions on the committee will close on October 15^th. All nominations are to be sent to Ellen Sadler (secretary) either by electronic or hard copy to reach her by 5pm 15^th of October. Nominations can only be received from members of the club. The nominations need to be on the prescribed form with the signature as consent of the candidate and two nominating members.

Attached is a nomination form and a proxy form for those who can not attend the AGM but still want to vote. All nominations will go up on the website after the 15th of October.
